The DEIB offers students the opportunity to attend a wide variety of international programs. 

DEIB offers a PhD Program in Information Technology, a PhD Program in Bioengineering, and PhD Program in Data Analytics and Decision Sciences open to young graduates of scientific disciplines from all over the world, who wish to receive their research training in an internationally qualified and well connected environment. A great impulse to the internationalization of research comes from joint programs established with foreign institutions, aimed at training young researchers and PhD students.

Many initiatives allow students to earn a double degree, at the Politecnico di Milano as well as at a foreign University, and to participate to internationally recognized student exchange programs.

Students have the opportunity to study in an international environment, attending M.Sc. courses in English and getting in touch with colleagues from different countries. Foreign students come from European countries, but also from Asia, Africa and the Middle East. After graduating in other countries, international students decide to study at the Politecnico di Milano, attracted by the quality of the M.Sc. Programs that are taught in English both in the “Milano Leonardo” and in the "Como" Campus. They meet different cultures and lifestyles, and they learn to embrace pluralism thanks to the many social activities that are organized in the Campuses.
