The traineeship is a significant opportunity for students to get in contact with the job market, to interact with companies and understand their needs and to attain a high-quality job. According to the Italian regulations, the traineeship is proposed to students as a part of their curriculum. Engaging in a traineeship gives the possibility to alternate between study and work and to consolidate the understanding of specific disciplines, as well as the opportunity to take better career choices thanks to the experience acquired in companies and Institutions. The Career Service also promotes international traineeships.
