Gabriele Scarpiello was born in Turin in 1995. He graduated at Politecnico di Milano in Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering for his B.Sc. and in Physics Engineering for his M.Sc. He is currently a Ph.D. Student in Information Technology at Politecnico di Milano as a part of a joint project with STMicroelectronics company. His research field is the Time-Dependent Dielectric Breakdown (TDDB) of polymeric dielectrics for Galvanic Isolators (GI), at both wafer and package levels.
