Dr. Charanraj Mohan received his B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2011 from an affiliated institution (Erode Sengunthar Engineering college) of Anna University, Chennai. He later obtained his M.S. degree in Electronics, Signal processing and Communication, and the Ph.D. in Physical Sciences and Technologies from the University of Seville, Spain, in 2015 and 2021 respectively. He was the 26th University rank holder of the Anna University for his Bachelor studies in Electrical and Electronics Engineering during 2007-2011. He was a recipient of the HERITAGE (India-Europe partnership) Erasmus Mundus Fellowship 2013 for his Masters’ studies and also received the 'Extraordinario primero' (The Spanish recognition of Honors) award for his academic excellence.
He is a recipient of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Post-doctoral Fellowship 2022. Having worked at different research agencies across Spain and Italy after his Ph.D., he recently joined the Department of Electronics, information and bioengineering, Politecnico di Milano, where he is working as an MSCA post-doctoral research fellow.
His research interests include circuit design using novel CMOS technologies and bio-inspired device applications.
