Alessandro Pesatori was born in Milan, Italy, in 1979. He received the M.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, Italy, in 2004. In 2008, he obtained the Ph.D. degree in Information Engineering at the Electronics and Information Science Department of the Politecnico di Milano. Since 2008 is Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Milano in Electric and Electronic Measurements. In 2017 he becomes Associate Professor in Electric and Electronic Measurements at Politecnico di Milano. His main research interests are: optical and electronic measurements with biomedical applications too, laser spectroscopy, methods of 2-D and 3-D analysis of biomedical images, advanced automation systems. He is the author of more than 90 papers published in international journals or international conference proceedings. Dr. Pesatori is a member of the Italian Association ÒGroup of Electrical and Electronic MeasurementsÓ and member of IEEE.
