Matteo Farronato received his B.S and M.Sc. degrees in Electronics Engineering in Politecnico di Milano in 2017 and 2019, respectively. During his second level graduation, he worked on an experimental synaptic device based on 2-dimensional MoS2 semiconductor. Today, he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree in information technology at Politecnico di Milano. His main research interest is the developing of new devices for emerging memories and neuromorphic computing.
