The paper "A Parity Check Analog Decoder for Molecular Communication Based on Biological Circuits" authored by Alessio Marcone (DEIB student - Politecnico di Milano), Massimiliano Pierobon (a researcher of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln), and Maurizio Magarini (DEIB researcher - Politecnico di Milano), has been selected by the IEEE INFOCOM for the Best Paper Runners up Awards, with the motivation: "The paper provides a significant contribution to the field of receiver design using biological circuits".
