In occasione della conferenza dell’IEEE I2MTC 2015, la IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society ha conferito ad Alessandro Ferrero il Distinguished Service Award per il 2014, con la seguente motivazione:
“For eighteen years of outstanding leadership in the Society’s AdCom, including service on the IMS Fellow Review Committee, as Chair of the I2MTC Board, Vice President for Publications, President, Junior Past President, Senior Past President, and Editor-in-Chief of the Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement”.
