Con l’articolo “Indirect Estimation of Service Demands in the Presence of Structural Changes” Paolo Cremonesi e Andrea Sansottera hanno vinto il best paper award alla "9th ACM International Conference on Quantitative Evaluation of SysTems” (QEST) 2012, che si è tenuta a settembre all' Imperial College di Londra.
