Raffaela Mirandola received the Laurea degree in Computer Science from the University of Pisa and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Roma “Tor Vergata”, Italy. She is currently assistant professor at the Politecnico di Milano. Her research interests include software performance engineering, performance and reliability model generation, model analysis techniques, software reliability analysis through statistical techniques, design methodologies and performance analysis of software architectures for mobile computing. She is currently involved in research on performance model generation and analysis of component-based systems and service-oriented systems.
