Carlo Sitzia received the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) and the Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cagliari, Cagliari, Italy, in 2020 and 2024, respectively. He has been a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Electrical and Electronic Measurements Group, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Cagliari. In March 2025, he joined Politecnico di Milano as Postdoctoral Research Fellow. His research focuses on parameter estimation and fault location for modern power networks, phasor measurements, and instrument transformers.
