Fabio Palmese was born in 1997 in Palermo, where he studied for his bachelor degree in Computer Science and Telecommunication Engineering, obtained in July 2018. In September 2018 he started his Master Degree studies in Computer Science and Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, terminated in 2020.
His master degree thesis focused on the development and evaluation of a Publish-Subscribe model for CoAP, an application layer protocol used for IoT devices communication. Currently he is a Ph. D. student at the ANTLab, in Politecnico di Milano, Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering in the area of Telecommunications. His main research themes are Internet of Things and Wireless Networks, with several research projects in the specific area of IoT Forensics.
