Alice is a PhD student at Politecnico di Milano and a visiting researcher at the European Institute on Economics and the Environment. She has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in Energy Engineering – Green Power Systems from Politecnico di Milano and she has developed her Master thesis with Eurac Research in Bolzano. Her previous research focused on power system modelling, developing decarbonization scenarios for the Italian electricity sector. She is working also on enlarging the perspective to all the energy sectors and soft linking model outcomes with Integrated Assessment Models. In general, she is intrigued by policy tools that can facilitate a just and efficient energy transition. She enjoys sports, music and traveling.
