Assegnista di Ricerca
Alessandro Milozzi was born in Fermo in 1995. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electronics engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, discussing a thesis on resistive switching devices and their issues for new paradigms of computing. After M.Sc., he worked for one year in Micron (Agrate, Italy) in the TCAD group.
Since may 2021, he is a PhD student at DEIB, supervised by Prof. Ielmini. His current research interests include simulation of novel emerging devices and materials for neuromorphic and in-memory computing applications.
