Area di ricerca:
Linea di ricerca:
Mattia Brambilla received the B.S. degree (2015) and the M.S. degree (2017) in Telecommunication Engineering and the PhD degree (2021) in Information Technology from Politecnico di Milano. In 2021 he joined the faculty of Dipartimento di Elettronica, Informazione e Bioingegneria (DEIB) at Politecnico di Milano.
His research is in the field of signal processing for localization and communication.
His main research interests are related to cooperative localization techniques for multi-agent networks, data fusion for beam alignment in vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications and tracking algorithms. In 2019, he was a Visiting Researcher with the NATO Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation (CMRE), La Spezia, Italy, working with Dr. Paolo Braca on maritime surveillance systems, target detection and tracking.
In 2018, he was a recipient of the best student paper award at the IEEE Statistical Signal Processing Workshop (SSP).
