Project abstract
This project was finalized to realize an innovative optical system, able to measure turbine palette length along their production line.
This system is very useful for on-line monitoring during the turbine correction of the external palette radial length.
The main features of this system are:
This Research will permit to AEN to get high quality standard improving the production rate, while reducing intervention duration.
This system is very useful for on-line monitoring during the turbine correction of the external palette radial length.
The main features of this system are:
- a contactless system with micrometer accuracy, sensorized to monitor environmental and operating conditions;
- a analog interface for working with the already existing system;
- a digital processing unit for real-time verification/redundancy/integration of the analog processing. This module transmits all the parameters needed to the online length monitoring system via a wireless link.
