Filippo Mele was born in Rome in 1991. He achieved the M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering cum laude at "Sapienza" University of Rome in 2015, with a thesis on a multi-task multi-core operating system for e-flash memory testing in automotive microcontrollers. After his graduation he joined the Padua team of Infineon Technologies as Analog Mixed-Signal IC designer, working on SMPS modules for Advanced Driving Assistant System (ADAS) applications. In 2017, he started the PhD program at Politecnico di Milano, with a research project in the area of Mixed-Signal ICs for high resolution Semiconductor Radiation Detectors (SRD), under the supervision of prof. G. Bertuccio.
