Davide Spinelli received his bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2017, followed by a master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same university in 2020.
During his master’s program, he completed a thesis on the identification of opponents in multi-agent environments using reinforcement learning. He also earned the Alliance4Tech certificate by participating in exchange programs at University College London and Technische Universität Berlin in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
Currently, Davide is collaborating with the Consorzio dell’Adda on his research, which focuses on providing efficient and resilient real-time strategic management solutions for water resources systems under changing and more challenging climate conditions.
As of November 2022, he has joined EILab as a PhD candidate in Systems and Control under the supervision of Professor Castelletti.
