Sanaz Kianoush is a researcher at CNR (National Research Council) IEIIT institute (Institute of Electronic Informatics and Telecommunication engineering) in Wireless Communication Systems Group in Milan, Italy since February 2022. She was a postdoctoral researcher from 2014-2021 at CNR-IEIIT institute.  
She got her PhD in Electronic Engineering from University of Pavia, Italy in 2014.
In 2008-10, she was the lecturer at Islamic Azad University Sary, Iran.
Her reasearch interests include statistical signal processing in radio based localization and activity recognition in smart industry and healthcare applications using deep learning and federated learning.
