Anna Antola received the Dr. Eng. degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1983, and the Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1989. From 1989 to 1992 she was a researcher of the C.N.R. (Italian National Research Council). From 1992 to 1995 she has been Associate Professor of Computer Science at Universita’ di Pavia. Since 1995 she is Associate Professor of Computer Science at Politecnico di Milano. Her research interests include dedicated architectures for image and signal processing, high-level and application specific synthesis, self-checking high- level synthesis techniques, fault and defect tolerance and design methodologies for reconfigurable architectures.
