PHD Student in Information Technology
- Campus:Building 21
- Floor:3°
- Office:020
In 2020, he received a Master's degree in Physics of Complex Systems from University of Turin, graduating with a score of 110/100 cum laude.
His master thesis, titled "Quantum computing and machine learning for chemistry simulations", was developed during his staying at University College London, under the supervision of prof. Severini (UCL) and prof. Castellani (UniTo). Since November 2020, he is a PhD student in Information Technology at DEIB, supervised by prof. Cremonesi, with a corporate scolarship sponsored by ContentWise. The major topic of his current research is Applied Quantum Machine Learning, aimed at exploiting the capabilities of current available quantum hardware - mainly quantum annealing devices - in order to solve real-world problems.
