Sarper Ozturk was born in Bornova, Turkey, in 1996. He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at the Istanbul Technical University. In 2024, he obtained his master’s degree in electrical engineering at the Politecnico di Milano.
In May 2024, he joined the Ph.D. program in electrical engineering as a member of the PeDS Laboratory at Politecnico di Milano.
