[javascript protected email address]
Research areas:
  • Systems and Control
Research Line:
  • Robotics and industrial automation
Giuseppe Fabio Preziosa received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and his M.Sc. in Mechatronics and Robotics, both from Politecnico di Milano. He is currently a Ph.D. student in Information Technology at the same university. His research focuses on robotic perception and the use of sensors for unstructured manipulation tasks in industrial contexts. In particular, he investigates the use of low-resolution, low-cost distance sensors for object reconstruction and subsequent grasping. He also works on the use of tactile sensors for unstructured object manipulation and for anomaly detection of small industrial components.
