RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Provides support to teaching and technical/administrative staff and is responsible for administrative, accounting, and financial activities, ensuring the delivery of services required for the effective operation of the structures, in particular through the operational management of the following processes:
- Budget and financial resources management
- Management of accounts payable and coordination of the approval process
- Management of petty cash reimbursements
- Supplier checks and controls
- Accounting management
- Tax management and debt recovery
- Payroll and compensation management
- Management of research support appointments
- Travel and mission management
