Prof. Lorenzo Codecasa from the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering of the Politecnico di Milano won the Harvey Rosten Award for Excellence as author of the best article of 2022 on thermal analysis of electronic components. The article, titled “Analysis of the Thermal Behavior of Li-Ion Pouch Battery Cell – Part II: Circuit-based Modeling for Fast and Accurate Thermo-Electrochemical Simulation”, was published in the Proceedings of the 28th International Workshop on Thermal Investigation of ICs and Systems (THERMINIC).
The awards ceremony will take place during the IEEE SEMI-THERM 39 conference, one of the major annual events on the subject, which will be held in San Jose, California from March 13-17, 2023.
