Abstract
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into education is transforming the way we teach, learn, and manage educational systems.
This panel brings together leaders from academia, schools, industry, development, and educational institutions to explore the future of AI in education. Key topics will include how AI can personalize learning, improve accessibility, and support educators. We will also examine ethical concerns, such as data privacy and algorithmic bias, and discuss strategies for ensuring AI is inclusive, transparent, and equitable.
Attendees will gain insights into current trends, challenges, and opportunities, with a focus on collaboration between educators, technologists, and policy makers to create impactful, sustainable AI-driven educational solutions.
The panel will be moderated by Susanna Sancassani, Head of METID at Politecnico di Milano and Project Manager of Edvance-Digital Education Hub.
Invited speakers include Luca Mari, Full Professor at LIUC; Lorenzo Maternini, Co-Founder of Talent Garden and Member of the Commission for Artificial Intelligence for Media of the Presidency of the Council; Antonio Palmieri, Founder and President of Fondazione Pensiero Solido; Cristina Pozzi, Co-Founder and CEO of Edulia from Sapere Treccani; Cornelia Schneider-Pungs, Industry Advisor for Public Sector and Education at Microsoft; Tommaso Bianchi, AIRIC Project Manager at Politecnico di Milano; and Daniela Casiraghi, METID Project Manager at Politecnico di Milano.
