The apparatus consists of an optical table with micromanipulators with active control and anti-vibration system suitable for mounting the photo-detectors in the metal case with the precision needed to focus the light coming from an optical fiber on their surface. The system, developed by ELS, allows the control of two motorised columns with six axes and of a CCD camera mount.
