Lorenzo Codecasa won the Harvey Rosten Award for Excellence 2015.
The prize awarded researchers for the exceptional results reached in the analysis and thermal project for electronics. It is the most prestigious internazional award on this topic.
Lorenzo Codecasa will be awarded during the IEEE SEMI-THERM 32 Conference, the main annual meeting on the matter, in San Jose, California, USA, in March 2016.
