2015 - MANDRIOLI DINO

Dino Mandrioli has received an IBM Faculty Award 2015.
The IBM Faculty Awards is a competitive worldwide program intended to foster collaboration  between researchers at leading universities worldwide and those in IBM research, development and services organizations.

IBM will fund Dino Mandrioli's research PAPAGENO (PArallel PArser GENeratOr) which aims at exploiting modern parallel architectures in the field of parsing and compilation; due to the intrinsic sequential nature of traditional algorithms in this field past similar attempts did not produce so far satisfactory results.
